I know I promised to update once I'm in chico and its been 3 days since I've landed in the States but I've just been a little lazy to blog. heh. so yes. now I'm blogging and I'll make it a point to update more frequently. hmm, long post ahead :)

report card day in school. blergh. wasn't too good but I expected it. got to go home pretty early then headed to the tailor to try on my baju kurung for my cousin's wedding in December. couldn't take it home just yet cause there were a few alterations to it. headed home and got ready to go to puteri's. hung out there for a bit till Baby came to pick us up and we went to Pappa Rich for tea. :) stuck around there till just after dinner. Dee came along with us too and the 2 girls stayed over my place! Alyaa came later cause she was working. mm. spent the night taking pictures, gossiping and such.

woke up pretty early, about 9+ cause Alyaa had to go. her dad came to send her to work. the rest of us, had breakfast and got ready to go to pyramid! caught 2012 with Baby while the rest did dont-know-what. met up with them later for a bit and puteri's brother sent us home just after 6. spent the rest of the day doing last minute packing. was just a little too excited to sleep that night. ;p

flight day! uhuh. woke up early and got to KLIA by 8. had mcD breakfast with parents and off I was to fly alone for at least 18 hours. okay I might've been crazy excited about flying but dang, once I got past immigration I was hell scared. its not as fun as you think really. but I got through fine. KLIA was okay since I was familiar with it. flight to Hong Kong was just over 3 hours and everything went well. landed in Hong Kong airport and right at the gate was my name printed and stuck on a stand. I got the 'meet and greet' assistance. TOTALLY NEEDED IT! I would've been so totally lost if I was all alone especially in a airport so huge. mm. I had a two hour transit. I got to talk to baby for a bit then got onion rings from burger king. then flight got delayed. MEH. by 40 minutes and the staff who was supposed to assist me was late. got on the flight and sat next to this chinese american couple. was eavesdropping on their conversation that was hilarious! at first they were arguing, then when there was turbulence the girl literally grabbed the guy's hands and held them tightly. and from then on they were lovey-dovey. it was pretty menyampah-ing cause it got a little disturbing. they were kissing and cuddling when I was right next to them. not cool. 10+ hour flight was okay. barely got to sleep despite taking a sleeping pill. food wasn't that great. watched big bang theory, america's next top model half of 500 days of summer and the proposal. walked around a whole lot. my butt started to hurt after sitting for 3 hours straight. mm. landed at about 5.30am KL time, 1.30 California time. :) Sister, Hanin and Damon were waiting for me. I went through US immigration alone! uber awesome, so proud of myself. HAHA. well cause 1. there wasn't anyone to help me and 2. there were many people and I wanted to get out early. proud cause everytime I go through immigration with my family I'm super scared of the officers. they look pretty scary. so yeah, once I got out we went to have lunch at some pizza place. good food :) then drove to the coast of San Francisco. walked along the beach and took pretty pictures. they're on Facebook. Blogger is being annoying and not letting me upload anything. just after sun down that's about 5+ here we started our journey to Berkeley to send Hanin home. rested for a bit before leaving to Chico that's a 3 hour drive away. sister drove all the way. hahaha. went straight to bed. surprised I could sleep. no more jet lag! YAY!

woke up at 11 and got ready for lunch with a few of sister's friends, Miroslav, Hikari, Rudro and Azim. yeah, Azim my family friend studies here too. Rudro's Malaysian. we walked around downtown and got a tour of Azim's fraternity home. Then walked to Jon and Bon's for frozen yogurt! beat YogurBerry hands down. came home and watched my shows till I fell asleep. sister woke me up and we cooked dinner! everything in her house is whole wheat. health freak. :P good food la. went to bed after watching more shows. hehe.

tuesday. today, in America. haha. its 7.16pm now. we woke up really early today cause we were going kiwi picking! at the kiwi field that's in Gridley about 30 mins away from Chico. it was really fun at first but got really monotonous towards the end which was really boring. basically volunteered to help this old couple that donates money to International Neighbours association in return of our help to pick their kiwis. got teamed up with Sudeepth. cool guy :) picked kiwis throughout 3 fields that had 40 rows all together. got to take home bags of kiwis, persimmons and pomegranates too. tired? heck yeah. slept all the way back to Chico. went grocery shopping for dinner supplies tonight. we cooked sambal ayam with some sort of black rice and about to cook vege soon. yeah you read it right. BLACK rice. no kidding. pictures will be up for sure. right now, sister and Ronald, her friend is working out in the living room. I'm just a little too lazy. ;p I'm off to watch more series. I'll promise to update more often.

sorry i haven't been updating. i've just been a little busy and very lazy to update. so yeah, here i am, putting life back into my dear blog.

updates? well. heidi's party was last night. started off a little slow at first but dayum, it got good towards the end. ;) our performance went well. i'm proud of my blondes! :') we so pulled it off & those hours spent practicing at dee's house and school paid off! hehe. performances later on was good too. jes' voice is to die for. well, uh. pictures are with deera and the main photographer. its surely gonna go on facebook so check it out there.

school updates. um, we finished cbl about a week ago. so glad its my first and last time doing it in cempaka. twas one of the most stressful weeks i've had this year besides exams. teachers are still marking our projects. results come out next week. i hope i did well! :) talking about results, exam results were pretty crap this time. like really really. well. aside from a few. finally got an 2A for agama and 3B for maths. considering pn j's math papers being crazy hard, im happy with my B. i improved! about the rest, hahaha. shit.

leadership night was sometime last week. kimberley, jane and amanda, you've done me so proud. it was great having all of you as my juniors :) so nice seeing all of them in their full prefect attire! pictures are on facebook. blogger is being ____ and not letting me upload anything.

school's ending in a week. 2009 is going by way too fast. seems like just yesterday the year started. basically 3 days of school left cause there's a form 4 trip to kampung durani on wednesday. then report card day on friday.

so house captain elections were held in school today. i didn't get it. was really disappointed but whatever la. i saw it coming. i've cried it out enough. as i said to Alia earlier,
